Ew. That's a little too sci-fi for me, but since my hubby is big into "catchy" blog titles, I suppose I'll leave it. He is also the reason that I'm back here writing. He mentioned a while ago that he wished I would write more often and well, I do too. So much time has past and in that time I have not really journaled anywhere. :( I want to keep better records for the sake of my kids, so I will give this thing another go.
Let's see. So we did indeed have a third child, Seth Andrew. And he's now 3 days shy of 18 months. Life with three children does keep me busy, but it's a good sort of busy. Not only did we keep ourselves busy by adding a third child, but also by purchasing our first home. It took a while of looking and such but we bought our home back in May of 2009. (Or at least that's when escrow finally closed and we moved in.) I'm not sure that we're 100% unpacked. I think we are very close. We've yet to decorate much and I'd like to work on that very soon.
Isaiah completed his second year of Cubbies (though he didn't really finish the first, he did complete both books this year) and is very excited about being a Sparky in the Fall. A Sparky?!? Really? I *can't* have a kid old enough for that. Anyway, he's excited about it and I enjoy his enthusiasm.
Joanna is very much looking forward to going to Cubbies in Fall and I think she'll do well...as long as we can get that potty training thing done before then. We haven't really started that process, she is only 2, but to go to Cubbies, she is supposed to be trained. So we'll add that to the list of Summer activities.
Seth has been a joy to watch the past 18 months. He is adding to his vocabulary all the time and some times it's even a word I understand. ;) He tries his best to keep up with the older two and can even do big kid things like wash his hands and climb on to the horse they got for Christmas. (He just can't get down.)
I really owe everyone some pictures and I had every intention of adding some. Currently, my Picasa program is only 25% complete in scanning my computer for pictures. So I guess we'll just have to be patient. But at least this is a start. :)
